    Therapy provides tools for you to better cope and handle problems. · Sessions are collaborative and allows you to talk about anything that is on your mind. · Your therapist listens, provides unbiased feedback and helps you to de-construct the information that you share. · Sessions include education and strategies for you to apply in your day to day experiences.
  • How long does therapy last?
    Therapy lasts as long as it needs to last. Everyone works toward achieving therapeutic goals at different rates of speed. The ultimate hope of therapy is to help you successfully achieve your goals, which will then eliminate the need for continued sessions.
  • How much does therapy cost?
    I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna/Evernorth and Oxford. Private Pay options are also available. Please contact me directly.
  • Where do I go for therapy?
    Sessions can be conducted in-person (3030 Starkey Blvd Suite 246 Trinity, FL 34655) or virtually using a HIPAA compliant platform. Specify your preference and we will find a time that works best for you.
